Lindsey is the Director of Sales, and oversees all transactions at the firm. As a Realtor®, Lindsey understands that no two transactions are the same and no two clients are alike. Clients rely on Lindsey to navigate all aspects of the real estate process, including coordinating professional photographs and staging, developing pricing and marketing strategies, preparing comparative property reports, drafting and negotiating sale terms or hosting open houses, connecting clients with mortgage lenders and attorneys and other professional service providers. She has broad experience helping clients buy and sell townhouses, condos, single-family homes, multi-family properties, and investment properties. Lindsey's practice draws heavily on the skillset she developed in her prior career in the outdoor advertising industry, where she worked as an account executive in the real estate and sales departments of national and regional media companies. In those roles, she managed her clients' billboard and transit advertising campaigns, negotiated leases and revenue share agreements with land owners, worked with regulatory agencies in Massachusetts on the permitting issues, and served as a legislative liaison on government affairs initiatives. Lindsey loves spending time with her family and neighbors and getting involved in her local community.
